The IGEE Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation and all contributions are tax deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Service code. The foundation was established to provide financial assistance to educational institutions, students and other charities in the United States of America and underdeveloped countries around the world. The founding family believes strongly that education is the key for bringing people and families out of poverty.

The IGEE Foundation Inc. has pledged to donate 100% of the contributions received. The founding family absorbs all overhead expenses in order to obtain that goal.

Most of the funding for the foundation comes from IGEE, Inc., an insurance agency located in Sanford, FL, who has pledged at least 10% of its revenue on a monthly basis.

The IGEE Foundation Inc. created 5 Scholarships of $1,000 each for graduating High School students every year. In addition, the foundation currently supports 3 orphanages in Haiti by providing education, shelter, and skills to underprivileged young people. With your generosity we plan to expand on those programs.
